Top 5 Navigation and Maps Apps in Nicaragua Q2 2024

During the second quarter of 2024, the performance of the top 5 navigation and maps applications in Nicaragua showcased varying trends in weekly downloads and revenue, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 8.6K in early April and ending at approximately 5.8K by the end of June.

Google Maps maintained a relatively stable download rate throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads fluctuated slightly, peaking at 2K in the last week of April and ending the quarter at 1.7K.

Offline Maps, GPS, Speedometer saw a significant drop in weekly downloads. The app started with around 3K downloads in early April but fell sharply to just over 400 by the end of June.

Radar Map, Radar Detector, HUD had varying download numbers, with a notable peak at 2.4K in late April. However, it ended the quarter on a lower note, with downloads dropping to around 500.

Google Earth displayed an overall upward trend in weekly downloads. Starting at 1K in early April, it climbed to a high of nearly 1.9K by mid-June, before slightly declining to 1.2K at the end of the quarter.
